We love Indy, and we know management. Property investors ourselves, we’ve assembled a local team with a wide skill set designed to generate success for our clients. Together, we have dozens of years of experience in real estate, general contracting, project management, marketing, and communication strategies.

Kris

OWNER | REALTOR
Kris has been working in real estate in Indy for over nine years, and loves that this city maintains a small-town feel while still being an urban market. She and Chase founded GP Management in 2018 when one of Kris’ clients was looking for a local company that cared about both the investor’s properties and the growth of the local neighborhoods. Kris loves taking on new challenges and says that the best part of her job is welcoming people into the new chapter in life. On her rare days off, you can find her biking the Monon Trail.
Chase

OWNER
Chase has a wide variety of skills stemming from over eight years in property management, 11 years in general contracting, and 10 years as an Airbnb Superhost. As a problem-solver and also a property investor himself, Chase has a great eye for the little details that elevate a property from good to great. He and Kris have lived in a beloved downtown neighborhood for over nine years, and Chase loves bumping into friends at their local haunts and enjoying the Indy sports scene.
Becky

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Becky started working for GP Management in 2021 and has over 20 years of experience in real estate and property management. Stellar communication is Becky’s guiding star, so she works hard to communicate with clients, team members, and tenants to maintain a positive experience for everyone. A mother of two, lifelong Indiana resident, and music lover, Becky’s favorite thing about Indy is going to concerts. The variety of venues means she gets to see both big-time and up-and-coming artists, which is exactly her jam.
Doug

LEASING MANAGER | REALTOR

Doug has over five years of experience as a realtor and leasing manager, and he loves helping people find a home that they can fill with memories of friends and family for years to come. As a people person, he enjoys developing relationships with clients and tenants, learning their stories, and helping them take their next steps. An Indy sports fan, Doug lives downtown, and you can often find him frequenting his favorite local restaurants and breweries or out exploring to find new hidden gems.
Ashleyne

FURNISHED RENTALS COORDINATOR
Ashleyne is new to the world of property management, but has over ten years of experience in marketing, project management, and communications. Starting work for GP in 2025, Ashleyne loves the challenge of managing furnished rentals–whether it’s finding the right words to market a new property or ensuring that Airbnb guests feel welcome, every day is different. A transplant to Indy, Ashleyne has lived downtown for six years, and on weekends, you’re likely to find her at a local bookstore.
